Your products will ship within 5 business days of your order, and then shipment can take between 7-20 days to reach your doorstep (however in some cases this can be longer, especially due to COVID-19). Each product at Queen Lighting has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once an item has shipped it is no longer possible to cancel your order. For the best chance to cancel your order please email us within 24hrs of your order being placed. Although we cannot guarantee cancellations. If we cannot cancel your order than you may process a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete instructions on how to start the process of a return.
What happens if I receive the wrong item or it comes damaged?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll contact the supplier to send a new one. Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Refer to our "Return Process/Instructions" section of our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on processing a return. Then you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
